TEMPOE in Manchester, NH

I used program in 2015. Didn't appreciate having to search for items that were covered in program. This year did not use it and when I checked my bank account they still taking money out of bank account! Planning to contact better business bureau !!!!!!!!When i call number listed on it not even right number for them!!!!!!!

I can't give less than one star or I would. Their customer service is beyond horrible. Chat is never available, their system can't seem to find my account using their robot and then it hangs up on you. Interest must be at a whopping 50% or so. Apparently, you aren't making payments, you are 'leasing' it for a while before you are actually paying for it. STAY AWAY!! Also, all their reviews have the same canned response, email someone named Tony. He's probably quit by now from the mass influx of emails.

I've never had an issue with this company. They even worked with me when I was behind on my payment. Please be aware that its a lease like a car lease and they charge interest. The sooner you pay it back the less you come out of pocket just like any lease program....

This is the worst company I've ever seen in my life. Had I have known how horrible they are there's no way in hell would I have bought anything going through them. They are so unprofessional the worst customer service ever. You speak to one person about your balance they tell you one thing, and sure enough you call again and someone else is telling you something totally different. My experience with this company has been a total nightmare. After paying these people off I was told I'd get my letter of ownership in the mail in 30 days..never happened..so I called back and was told I'd get it in an email...never ever happened. This company is a rip off and they need to be sued. I'm in the process of looking into a class action lawsuit against this company, it's owner and whoever else is involved in this rip off scheme they have going. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
