The wait to talk with a real person on the phone can be soooooooo long. And your telling me now I will have to pay 5 dollars every time I are a loan payment either online or the pay by phone?!!!!!!!!! Sounds just like TDY bank to me. Good thing I only have a small loan, the rest of my banking is with a credit union in Maine where I live.

Better off to go to the location, rather then wait over the phone. They have a great habit of hanging up on you.

You'll encounter great in-person customer service here... but it's extremely lacking with phone customer service whereas you can call and talk to two different people and get two different answers for the same question. It takes TWO WEEKS to get a debit card from this place, even though you will be told it takes 5-7 business days. And when you call back because you still haven't received it they then tell you it actually takes 10 days and they have no way of knowing if your card was even sent out. For one, the debit card this bank issues is the SAME card TD Bank issues... and they can issues it right there in the bank. So when you tell someone it takes 2 weeks to get a debit card mailed from FLORIDA you obviously could care less about your customers and being convenient. Whereas it DOES NOT take 2 weeks for mail to come from FLORIDA to NH. And if there's a bank that offers you same debit card any day you walk into their bank why not switch banks?!??!!? People put money in a bank for convenience... you obviously are not convenient nor do you train your employees all the same rules. Because one tells me 5-7 business days and another tells people 10 days.
