My other half has been a customer for 3 weeks now and attempted to deposit his paycheck into his account. Much to our surprise the teller deposited the check into someone else's account. We called customer support and the guy we spoke with said " there isn't much we can do about it, it's your responsibility to make sure the money is deposited into the correct account that why you get Receipt" the guy made is seem like it was our fault the teller made a mistake! What is the point of writing the member id and fist and last name on the deposit slip if the teller doesn't even check if they match!i have to say we are extremely disappointed in the reliability of this place along with the horrible customer service! Now we have to wait through easter weekend with 3 kids and no money! We were told it could take 5 or more busines days before it might be resolved! When I also asked about automatic bills taken out of the account possibly overdrafting the account I was told it's my responsibility to pay, even though it was their tellers mistake not ours; and if the money had been correctly deposited there wouldn't be an issue! In my opinion this place isn't worth the headache

This establishment is closed off from other credit unions; no shared banking. Fist time experiencing this and very upset. There was no other solutions presented; recieved only hard "No". This establishment will not even do a cashiers check with a nominal fee. Had they presented better customer service, I would have considered transferring my accounts to them.
