Wish I researched them before opening an account with them. This bank scored a D- with BBB. I admit that I'm an idiot for forgetting but I had my dates wrong for when my direct withdrawal for my car insurance came out which threw my account into negative standings. On top of that the -35 over draft fee. Now I'm not mad about the overdraft but I am however upset about the following 4 overdraft fees for a total of 5. I am always checking my balance before even stepping into a store for a transaction. The car insurance came out on the 31st and they threw that on top of transactions back from the 28th 4 days before pushing them to them bottom and the insurance on top. Like I had the direct withdrawal of the car insurance on the 31st before the gas I purchased on the 28th or that subway sandwhich on the 29th. A total fee of $175. Come to find out they had a law suit very recently for exactly this type of mischievous activities. This is a sick company and should be out of business!
