Wells Fargo Bank in Bismarck, ND

Rude employees. Would not accept a cash deposit to my account without my account number on hand. What? Like.... What???

Absolutley the most inefficient wasteful dumb excuse for a bank i have ever ever seen i can sit and see 3-5 bankers running around doing next to nothing which seems to be there proffesion there especialy nathan and adaly montenegro the most incompetent unprofesional banker i have ever dealt with basicaly the mentality of a little immature 16 year old girl canceled my bank accounts because after cashing 50+ checks with there bank totaling $125,000+ within 7 months having over $300 in my account at the time evidentaly the almighty powerful computer said there would be a hold on my money until 3 business days and being a friday that will be 5 days total waiting for $6000 and now i mind you i own a BUSINESS and have a BUSINESS account now see i was fine waiting 20 minutes because the tellers are so untrained and putsy thats how long it takes to serve 3 people but whatever thats normal at wells fargo considering they usualy only have 2 tellers even though clearly theres 5 counters and 1 person on drive thru then 1 person who is supposed to approve transactions whos in and out chit chatting with the other bankers that seem oh so busy they usualy have a cup of coffee in there hand just gossiping or walking out on breaks together 2-3 at a time rather than helping the people that i dont know maybe PAY THERE WORTHLESS SALARIES but anyways back to that person wandering in and out who should be approving stuff for the supposedly valuable customers who makes you wait even though they have a simple job of just reading something which i dont know about you but i think i was doing that fluently by the 1st grade and oh yea clicking a button which i think i was doing on video games or tv controllers at the tender age of 5 so in other words a pretty simple job and now adaly montenegro tells me the computer cant give me my money in a business day so i ask why not and she says because nice answer right? So i say thats not going to work and what do you know with her wonderfuly intelligent mind she doesnt offer one suggestion who woulda thought? So i say lets cancel and as i state my complaints not even being 10% as rude as i am in this review mind you and she just says "ya" "ok" to anything stated wonderful right? Cant believe i didnt get a whateverrrrrrr wouldnt even make eye contact or hold herself like a profesional in any aspect and i am a business owner and deal with many many customers and problems regularly and face them head on everytime one thing i can say she is not at all capable of is that for sure and i truley hope other people complain about her lack of proffesionalism ownership and the willingness to help customers not to mention i have had nothing but problems with wells fargo average 40 minute wait in lobbys just the fact i see 2 tellers to 3-4 bankers why cant bankers help on the teller line when i just see them waltzing around which is 50% of the time now i mind you i own a business and i can tell when people are just bullsh***ng and pi*sing around killing time and thats exactly what i see when i see that like there soooo superior and above a teller oooo thats what i did 2-5 years ago noo wayy and the fact i had small over drafts from autopayments on an account and when trying to deposit a check and straighten it out they say it takes an additional business day just to ensure that the overdraft fee sticks so they charge you real good reason to make me wait a business day for my money just bottom line so much invisible tape and small print they just constantly are out to hurt you and help themselfs and thats the last thing any bank should be doing for its customers they should be helping you grow so then therefore they grow with you not grow above and beyond you

Wells Fargo Can't manage to answer a phone ever either.

I made a deposit at the drive up. I wasn't greeted, thanked, or spoken to at all aside from a teller barking "Do you have a question?" at me. My receipt said that teller was Alexis. She processed my deposit for the wrong amount, was unfriendly, and did not appreciate my business. I had a straight forward deposit (endorsed both checks and completed the deposit slip) but was apparently an annoyance to Alexis regardless.

Been banking with Wells Fargo for many years. I really enjoy my security with this bank. I have had very few bad interactions with the people working for them. Sometimes they try to push their product but I get that. At any rate this bank has been very useful for me.
