Absolutely worst experience ever. We have been customers with them for 15 years and tried to refinance our home in October. Not only did they repeatedly lose our paperwork (which had to be resubmitted) it took them 4 months to pick up the phone and order the appraisal. Dealing with Grace King was a nightmare. I never would have believed such a lack of professionalism existed until I experienced it myself. Please think twice before using them, there are other credit unions out there.

Applied for my loan to be refinanced, they said they would contact me within 24 hours, but I had to call them , for them to say they sent me a email which I haven't seen. After a good record, and already have paid $20,000 to a $49,000 loan they would have better service.
