BB&T in Wilmington, NC

I have to agree with the other reviews posted this is by far the worst BB&T location I have ever visited the customer service here is horrible none of the tellers will greet you then you stand in line while at times they appear to be doing nothing and they do not even agnolige you.I have asked questions regarding my account on 2 separate occasions and have gotten inaccurate information from a obviously incompetent young teller I will not be visiting this branch again and suggest if you care about friendly customer service you visit another BB&T branch I know I will be.

Always greeted with a smile and have had nothing but good experiences with the folks that work there

By far the worst ill-mannered staff I have ever had to deal with. Dread going there every single time! They don't even deserve one star!

Rude and wrong information. Rooker lead person UNCW branch acted like he was doing me a favor with my money.

Not sure why there are such terrible reviews for this location. Ive been going for 3+ years and never have issues. The staff is friendly and knows me and makes small talk. I dont have to go in too often, but its a pleasure when I do.
