I've been a State Employees Credit Union member for 10 + years. This is by far the worst branch I have ever stepped foot into.

Been with this bank for years and this is the only location who have accountants in their office who can't help people! I would suggest just going through the drive thru. People inside know nothing.

Brianha Horton one of the tellers at this location was so rude I can't even believe it. I was just in to cash a check that a client had written me and she had the biggest attitude. Slammed my cash on the counter slammed my id and my card on the counter. She didn't even put my money that I was leaving with in an envelope. Just so rude. I've always heard that employees that these banks have the best customer service and this was my first time dealing with anybody at one of these banks and she was the worst person that they could have put as a teller.
