Vantage South Bank in Fayetteville, NC

My experience was terrible the people were nice but I was not sure if they knew what they were doing. First I opened the account at least a month ago and still have yet to receive my card. Nowadays you should not even have to wait for your card most banks at least give you a temporary card but no. I call the bank and the receptionists is like I am sorry no one has ever placed an order for you a card ill do that right now. really? Now I have to wait another 7 to 10 after I've already waited a month I would not refer this bank to anyone else!!!! I mean it is absolutely ridiculous. And then just a simple I am so sorry it was not my fault. Sorry ladies you have the right attitudes but come on now so ready to go on a lunch break that you can't even manage to fully open an account first. I understand mistakes happen I am just livid that this mistake went unnoticed for this long. Constantly checking the mailbox and nothing there last thing I thought was it was never ordered.
