PenFed Credit Union in Fayetteville, NC

If the teller is closed on Thursday, whats really the point of the bank being open. Horrible service when I went there, I had to wait, and then I was ignored!

This bank is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with! Horrible, horrible customer service!!!!! I was shocked at how rude the employees were. Do not go to this bank unless you have ALL day to wait around.

This bank is horrible. Went in to cancel after switching to a way better banking institution, and they gave me horrible service. They tried to take they're time and give me the run around. Hey, give me my hard earned money and let me be. worst bank everGo somewhere with better cards, service, and rates....

This has been my banking institution for over 20 years and they are an OK bank... I can certaqinly understand the problems people have with them. They are in no way expedient in their services and they have their "own way " of doing things. It really irks me that no where listed online or phonebooks or anywhere that you can call your bank personally. Calliing their 800 number is ridiculous. You have a menu, then you have a waiting time, and then they ask you the 4 or 5 questions and then you ask about something specific for YOUR bank and they dont know... they have to call the bank and get info and then either put you on hold, or call you or email you back the info you need. The 800 service people CANNOT give out the banks number although they have direct numbers for their employee services there.because they try 2 or 3 numbers to reach their employees at the Branch. SO if you are seeking info.. you can't get it quickly and if you are dealing with out of towners who are making plans to do a transaction with you and you need ANY of their services with quick telephonic replies. YOU ARE SOOOO OUT OF LUCK !!!! And some of their employees DO act like they do not enjoy their job at all
