Cumberland Pawn & Loan in Fayetteville, NC

I went to pawn a new micheal kors watch for an emergency but when I go to pick it up my watch was banged up, beat up and looked like it was worn by someone else. They said I brought it in like that but the ticket says a nick in center crystal nothing else. These people are crooks and a bunch of assholes.

I took my TV to four other local pawn shops and they offered me the most money by far and quick service!

Went to pawn a ring that was worth a lot (already had it estimated) which was beside the point. I really didn't want it so any price it would have been theirs . because they asked I said 300. The MANAGER decides to toss my rings on the counter and says have a nice day. AND walked away from me without saying why or trying to negotiate the price. So I stood there for about a minute until he realizes I wasn't going any where until he addressed me properly. I explained to him I placed the rings in his hands and expected the same respect in return. He gave a bad excuse and AFTER I told him I didn't care about the price he decides to play "nice" and show me what they had....either way at that point I didn't care first impression is everything definitely lost respect for his business.

If I could take the one star away I would..worst place in Fayetteville hands down
