Holy crap. I have never experienced lazy employees unlike any other at Woodforest in Elizabeth City at Tanglewood Pkwy. They are ignorant and rude. Today I called them for 30 STRAIGHT MINUTES and they declined every single call. It was urgent. I had to drive 30 minutes there just to ask a simple question. When I was leaving, they said come visit us instead of calling next time. I urge anyone with Woodforest to switch banks and new visitors to STAY AWAY!
