Navy Federal Credit Union in Elizabeth City, NC

Always had super customer service here.

Came here twice in the last month and honestly I had no problems the first time. However when I came in the second time to get something notarized they told me there would be a fee, when I explained I wasn't charged a week ago for the same service they began arguing with me like I was lying. They began saying I must've gone into a different branch when this is the only location on base and I live in the city. Accusing a customer isn't my idea of a good service, I would have been OK with them saying the last person must of forgot to charge and I'm sorry there is now a charge and I would've paid no problem. But the fact that the lady that was "helping" me got up out of her chair left me there and went around and asked everyone working if they had done it for me with no charge is ridiculous.
