Corporate Investors Mortgage Group in Chapel Hill, NC

I was given the number to Corporate Investors Mortgage Group by my landlord, Dan Woodard, in every email he sent to me over 2 years. When I called the number to inquire about the house, he berated me for calling him at work, continued to yell, "What the f**k is your problem?" and hung up on me. When I called back and spoke to his secretary, I asked to speak to his supervisor. After sitting on hold and eventually calling 3 more times I finally got in contact with her. She allowed him to speak over me while trying to converse with her and quickly proceeded to dismiss the problem as unimportant. I then tried to get in contact with the joint homeowner, whom also worked in the office, and the secretary sent me back to Dan Woodard instead of to the woman I asked to speak with. My experience with this company was a nightmare, along with completely unprofessional. If you absolutely must use this company, at least try to avoid all business with Dan Woodard. He clearly has no respect for his clients and tenants, and it was evident that his supervisor, the president of the company, Jennifer Salemson, did not respect me as a potential client either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worst service. Avoid them at all cost.
