I was impressed with the level of professionalism I received. I'd never refinanced before so I had a lot of questions that were answered in the most honest way possible. I think we could have gotten the process started earlier and finished sooner if I'd had more faith in the system and felt more confident in my mortgage lender....next time I'll leave more to the professionals who's job it is to think about the details. In a processs that has become so arduous over the past years, Erica really goes above and beyond to make the document collection and income verification maze easy to navigate. Additionally, we shopped around a lot for rates and she got us a ridiculously low rate with the VA. Most important of all, she is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and a joy to work with...just a genuinely kind person who really cares about her clients.
