Manager and staff were EXTREMELY RUDE! I'll never be a customer and I'll make sure no one I know is a customer either. PS. Don't go when it's 15 minutes till closing... They will treat you like dirt!

About six months ago, I started banking at Telco, and not once since then, I have had any issues. Even with a less than "fair" credit score, they aided in getting me a car loan and a credit card. Tia, at the Tunnel Road location, was a dream in talking me through how to build my credit and be more in control of my financial situation. I am thankful to have found a bank more interested in my well being, rather than theirs. A new chapter of my life has been opened, and Telco was right there beside me to help me out. I have referred friends and family, and will continue to do so!

I went in with a friend to get a auto loan, we have the same job, my credit score was a little higher then his. The car I wanted was 5,500 and was putting 2,000 down, his car was 10,050 he he wanted to put 2,000 down, I've been on my job for 4 years him 2, his debt equity was higher then mines but guess who got the loan, him, guess it's true ur skin color means alot I'm black and he's White, but at the end he said no thank u I'll take my business somewhere else that will support black ppl and treat them the same way as him, standing next to us was a lady who heard it all and was there to open a account yeah she walked out the door with us then said sorry to me, she said if she don't take a stand then how would she look to me.

Started with them maybe 20 years ago. Top flight outfit. Save a lot compared to a bank.
