Hard to find until you realize is bit a standalone bank but inside Smith's grocery. Otherwise a good experience.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. John, the Branch Manger was able to help me out with my situation with ease. He was very courteous and helpful and saved me from switching my accounts to another bank. Thank you John!

The staff are very friendly, and the location has great parking. However, there are several local banks from which I've gotten much better service and corporate treatment.

I come here a lot. Recently been shifting my bills to a new account with a different bank. When my car insurance came out of my Wells Fargo account I got an overdraft fee. The manager at this location, Paul, offered to split the fee with me. He said "we are a business" and I already removed one fee for you. True, Netflix also charged me and I got an overdraft fee which he removed. I explained to him it was a mistake and asked him to remove it nicely - he offered to close my account for me! I can tell my business isn't appreciated. U r a business yes Paul and u cannot have my business anymore! Real jerk, got a little heated with me even though I stayed calm. Avoid this bank - they only care about themselves
