Wells Fargo Bank in Gulfport, MS

Stupid limits will cause you not to buy anything over $300. They decline card AND checks if its over the limit. WORST bank EVER!

One of the bank employees at this Gulfport branch named Jessica is a horrible person to represent Wells Fargo bank which charges fees for quality product and service. Paying for the fees for better quality banking is fine, but Jessica is not the person you want helping clients. She should responsible for tasks that doesn't deal with clients directly. I was there for my banking needs and everything I asked her was very quickly put off or she said its not possible. Before I could finish saying anything for her professional opinion the first thing she would respond with is No or Cant. She lacks product knowledge and is basically there to decline customers from doing business with Wells Fargo. I had to basically show her everything I was asking for was a product or service that is offered by Wells Fargo. Im glad I did my homework prior to driving an hour to the branch otherwise I would walked out there with nothing accomplished. Its sad that I knew more about the product and services than she did. I just hope her persona isn't picked up by other employees there. Other clients beware of Jessica. Avoid her if you can.

After 37 min sitting and waiting to speak to someone about my bank account, I am leaving. I'm 8 months pregnant and I was the only customer waiting. Employees were walking around and socializing. This agency should be closed.

We Bank at Wells Fargo all over the United States. Being in the Oil and Gas Industry we also have our Land Owners meet us at many branches to do Business. The Branch in Fort MORGAN Colorado will go over and above to service us on any of our many accounts. The MGR and staff call us by name as we walk in the door. That is some Great Service! And will always assist in any of our legal documents. There notary is always wanting to go the extra mile. The Branch on Courthouse Road in Gulfport are courteous and the tellers are very friendly.' The Branch in North Carolina is so nice you will never witness any one leaving up set or disappointed. Most of the time when one is up set with a Branch Its cause one has bounced or blown the budget. But of corse that's the Banks fault. Thank you Wells Fargo for always doing exactly what all the fine print (one never reads) you said as a Banking institution have done for us.
