Sitting in the chair waiting to be seen to make an account and no one has came they just sit hear this is the second time I've tried to come here the first time it was the same thing the worst service I have every see

If you want to get someone on the phone, you better be willing to wait half an hour. There are also no available phone numbers for branches, so you have to call their call center, wait half an hour, and listen to their awful hold music.

Terrible customer service. Rude supervisors... Extremely rude. Yelled at us as we were leaving the building. Yelling at other employees. Yelling at other customers while the tellers are trying to service them. We were here to refinance our car. Contacted (a month after we put in an application) by Tamara Williams who, for the life of us, could never answer when we called her. I left her 3 voicemails, no call. So we came up to the bank, and Desire (the hateful supervisor) kept nagging us, saying that Tamara did call us back and WE didn't answer. Even though he records showed that we did indeed answer, return calls, and leave messages. My issue, is mainly with the way Desire treated us. She was extremely rude. There was another older gentleman in the bank with the same issue (no call back) and she was snappy with him too. She shouldn't be working there. The employees looked embarrassed of her actions.
