Cash America Pawn in Raytown, MO

I vist the store every once in awhile when I am looking for an electronic. The staff has always been friendly and I have never had a problem with anything that I have bought. Everytime I go the store is packed, and the staff does a great job at telling everyone hello and helping not only the customers but also each other.

This place is the shittiest and most trashy establishment I've ever set foot in. I had the unfortunate luck to deal with the biggest idiot in the store named Brenda. I think she might be working their on a prison work release program. I could smell the Meth being cooked in the back room from the front door.

Called and asked if they purchased a specific good. They said yes they do and drove 30 minutes to the store. When I arrived the employee "Barbie" did not know how to price the item and told me another location could help me. When I called that location they said they didn't buy those and couldn't help me. Lazy ass employees either don't know their job or are too stupid to pick up a phone or compare the prices of what they have on the shelf. When I called back to let them know the bad job they had done (I was talking to Barbie again) she claimed she never spoke to me, even though this occurred less than 10 minutes before.. Again either stupid or a headcase. Never going back to this business and will ACTIVELY steer business away.

Great place to buy used electronics. Have to check frequently because product brands and price change.

Great place to go if your a theif, they buy anything stolen!! Then when you the victim come to retrieve your stolen goods with the police department they make you pay to get your stolen items back!! WTF....
