I DON'T RECOMMEND. I dealt with the Loan Officer, Chris Miller. He offered me a horrible deal, which wasn't even close to a deal they gave my son in law a few months earlier. I have very good credit and I believe there's a bias in their banking practices. Maybe since he looked at my financials and saw that I could put down 20%, he figured he it would make it part of the Loan requirements. Not sure if that was it but, I sure felt like he was trying to give me the screws. I wouldn't do business with these guys if they paid me !
