Terrible communication, my accounts was locked due to high activity spending no one called to inquire on the issue. My card just started declined in the middle of shopping for my son birthday!

I just moved to the area and made the mistake of choosing this bank. Slowest drive thru on the planet and the employees are rude to boot. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I've given them enough chances.

Pathetic. No assistance if anything goes wrong on account. Any phone number related to ffb is only available between 8-4 so you basically fucked over a barrel if you need to get into your account after hours. And your royaly fucked when they flag your card for fraud when it clearly wasn't. Without notice they will shut your card off. They don't care one but about there customers this place is the biggest joke when it comes to banking. Run far far away from this hellish place.

They are always helpful. No hidden fees. Employees are fantastic. I love ffb!
