Worst service ever they lie

It's a pretty good bank

Been banking here since I was a little child. I always feel welcomed and friendly fast service.

I love this bank branch...they are fast and there is never a huge line. The staff welcomes me, my daughter and our pet with open arns. Best bank Ever!

I just want to start off as a business owner, I believe customer service should be number one on the list for any company to be successful. This is not a review on the associates that work behind the counter they have been absolutely great to work with, they are always friendly and always there to greet you even when they are busy. What rubs me wrong is that they are under staffed, and as a business account holder I am always extremely busy and time is money. The manager at this location I believe her name is Tina is definitely NOT management material, I have witnessed several occasions she knowingly ignore customers and not help with this smug look on her face! I had a question one time about my account that required me to have to talk to another representative that could look more into my account. I spoke with Tina and she told me that I would have to wait to speak to another associate that was busy with another customer, however it was clear that she had no Idea what she is doing. I am at a loss of why exactly she the manager of she doesn't know how to do anything besides hide in her office. I have witnessed this before in my own business it is clear she is trying to avoid work. I feel sorry for the other associates that work at that location. Changes will need to be made with that manager if I am going to continue to bank with Arvest.
