Car Credit City in Bridgeton, MO

Never buy a car from this place, first of all I will say they screwed me over so hard. I had my car for 1 year and bought it for 13000 dollars (2005 hyundai elantra) In total I would have paid 22000 for the car. I was desperate and needed a car. At 31 days the car broke down. (funny how it happened like this, they only offer a 30 day warranty for a car you will make payments on for 5years. Then they make you fix it only at Firestone and charge you an extra arm and a leg. After about a year of making payments on this I lost my job (they say they will work with you but they will not) I was one week late on my payment and they decided to tow my car. Okay now keep this in mind I had never been late on my payment before and called and told them I would be late. All in all they decided to tow my car and tell me that I now owed them a balance of 26000 dollars. wait WHAT? I had been paying 500.00 every two weeks for the past year and now they decide that I owe them over 10000.00 more then what I started out with? DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SORRY THEIVES! THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CREDIT SO BADLY YOU WILL HAVE TO GET GARNISHED WAGES OR FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY!

Wow. I had just saw the commercial on tv with the Catchy song and decided to look em up...smh... but with all these negative reviews, I'll stay far away from ccc. I took my cousin to get a car from there and all I kno is he voluntarily gave the car back. It was a 08 Malibu. And he always complained about the payments lol.

They get one whole star! Mainly because there is a lady named Jamie that works there. SHE is positive and helpful, maybe the ONLY person there that is. If you like to be lied to, talked down to by Kristie from customer service, and made to feel like crap, then Car Credit City is the place for you! This amazing place may even make your credit do what you hear in the commercial, or the opposite. I just want to leave the positive review so others can get that same 1 star treatment I got. I wonder what we have to do to get 2 star treatment.
