Wells Fargo Bank in Woodbury, MN

I really do like a lot of the staff here at Wells Fargo. The branch manager is really good at what he does and I do applaud him. My favorite representative is Patrick. He helps me out and often goes beyond the call of duty to help his customers. I'm a big time traveler and he knows this. If he does get promoted I really hope I can still keep in contact. Wells Fargo as a whole is a great organization. They definitely do you some great favors for their customers. They have done some really good favors for me. To all future customers I do suggest you ignore the negativity the media has on Wells Fargo. It's really important to get non biased information like from me. As they say in Australia, Cheers Mate!

The teller line was great and I was greeted nicely. I went in to change the photo on my debit card. Sisya was very nice and patient. I enjoyed conversating with him. The only trouble was when I went back to the teller to take out money, the service manager, Alex, gave me an attitude and was rude to the employees. Other than that, the location is convenient.
