Wells Fargo Bank in Shoreview, MN

This is the Wells Fargo closest to my house, so I have always used it. A few months ago they closed the drive through with no plans of reopening. When I asked why, they said it was for "a better experience for the customers"! What a bunch of crap! They talked me into opening a savings account that would accrue with use of my check card, which never worked because my husband already had one. Which I told them. Then after repeatedly trying to fix it, and numerous changes that were unnecessary, I finally went online and figured it out myself. Isn't it their job to know their products? I understand them wanting to offer me new accounts too, however the big sales pitch once a week when I go in to make a deposit with my toddler in tow because I can't just use the drive through when I have to get to work and they're adding minutes to each transaction trying to get me and everyone else in line to open a second checking account for bills?!! 3 minutes a person with five people ahead of me.... That's a long time to try and keep my place in line while trying to keep my two year old from running away. Do yourself a favor. Use a different branch!

Awesome service good parking just a great branch of wells fargo

The last few times I have used this Wells Fargo bank for teen free checking they took $20 out when I wanted to see my real balance each time but got no warnings about it and come to find out it was close to $100 the took with out telling me and would not give it back. I changed banks to TCF and that bank is way better.wells Fargo just lost a customer.

Friendly staff! Every time I stop by I am greeted upon entering and asked if I'm there to see someone out if I am looking for assistance with something. I believe they can help out with any banking task from savings and checking to loans/mortgages and investments.
