extremely poor customer service, bank president david espasito allows over draft fees to be charged on fraud cases...who profits off fraud KLEIN BANK that's who. After pleading my case with him he told me there was nothing he could do than had the gall to tell me if i had simply made a mistake he would refund me the nsf charges but since it was fraud there was nothing he could do. All over 64.00!!! loved band a few years ago but has gone in the dump in recent years!!!

My family has been banking here for over 7 years. I, along with my mother, was treated with such disrespect, I will be calling a manager of sorts to deal with the rudeness I was given a few days ago. Worst yet, is that I was handled by one of the managers! I would give them a piece of my mind, but I was having such a good day. She managed to insult me and talk about me and my family "behind" my back, but I was a mere step away, and I could hear them. They did not care at all.

Staff here are always friendly, almost too much so. Would be 5 stars but the fake kindness ruined some of the small town bank feeling.
