We have just recently joined USFED in the past year and with all transactions we have gone thru with them from opening an account, transferring a car loan to a much lower APR, obtaining a home loan, a personal loan among other things and we have nothing but great things to say about our experience and will be long time customers with this bank.

The best banking option in Shakopee. No hassle. Virtually no fees and easy to use overdraft protection. I am very happy with this credit union and would never go back to a bank

In the past 3 or so years, the service has decreased drastically. I have had cards lost/not shipped to me, money transferred to and from the wrong accounts, and checks simply not ordered. Banking online or through the app is the best way to make sure things are done right rather than use of the workers.

This bank has done nothing but piss me off the past year. Ever since they switched to Firefly I have had money (hundreds) taken from my account for no reason and money placed into the wrong accounts when I deposit it!
