I was trying to cash a cashiers check. The lady who first helped me turned to the other employee for assistance. The second woman was very rude and seemed totally checked out from her job. She asked irrelevant questions regarding the check and also failed to actually use a real system to confirm the check was legit, and refused to cash it solely due to this article on her computer referring to counterfeit checks from the bank my check was drawn on reportedly being in circulation. Last I checked, there's counterfeit checks from every bank in circulation.. Hence the hundreds of millions in losses due to fraud. B**ch do your job. Call the bank. Check to confirm the purchaser has a listed number and call her. She would suck as a detective; her hunches are way off; and she certainly sucks as a financial service employee. Just because of her I will never consider going to do business there again. Needless to say I subsequently cashed it at the next location I drove to. Dumb employee lost her company out on a few hundred

This establishment is by far the worst cash exchange I've ever encountered the two ladies on staff are extremely rude and unprofessional I came there today as well as last week to get some cash taken off my card they told me that their policy is to not charge a fee yet they charged me a dollar the first time but claimed that it was my card that withdrew the dollar because I checked my account balance prior but today I checked my balance and of course I expected the dollar charge so I showed the clerk my balance and not only did she still charge me a dollar but she charged me an additional dollar and to be honest two dollars isn't much but to think of the other people they're scamming some who can't even provide for their family's is enough for me to be outraged and so should you my advise to you all is to never go here and take your business elsewhere!
