Initially, I had a good experience. As time has gone by, it's been a nightmare! I signed up for a second checking account with another banker who used to work there. I had specified, the second checking account was for a small little business I was opening and that I did not want to have an account that required a minimum balance so I would not incur fees. Supposedly, I had an account with no hidden fees according to the banker. WRONG!!! I was starting to get charged monthly fees several months after opening the account. When I contacted the bank, the banker no longer worked there and they told me he was wrong for telling me I would not get any fees. I proceeded to to talk to the manager, who stated she would ensure I would not get charged any more fees. This did not happen either. Every time I call to talk to her, she's either not available, out of town or just doesn't return my calls. I've definitely lost trust in this bank, so I'm looking for another.
