Capital One Café in Saint Cloud, MN

Staff are fast and helpful, that makes for a quick pit stop for whatever I need really easy! Plus the coffee if great and fast to get also, while being half off if you have a Capital One card when you purchase anything at their Pete's coffee!

Capital One Cafe is the cafe located inside the Capital One bank lobby. It's a great place for meeting business clients or having a business meeting. They offer coffee, tea and other beverages, as well as bakery items and other light fare to eat. It's a comfortable space right in the center of downtown. I cannot recommend the bank itself as they have some very underhanded business practices that they used on me as a customer. The cafe, however, is decent.

Horrible they took my direct deposit, came up with a so called legal reason I couldn't get my money right away, making me late on my rent and possibly making us homeless. Poor customer service and talked too fast and too quiet blowing me off.

would give zero if only this bullshit country system and google, would let me. Got denied for a secure credit card after fixing my credit so it was within 100 points of perfect. What a stupid and very naive corporation. How do you ever build your credit higher if you can't secure credit lines such as this? Hoping they go under and hoping more that this ruins their day !!!!=]=]=]=]=]

The employees here are very friendly and helpful. I was a little confused on what this is when talking to them over the phone, but it's a Starbucks-like environment with a handful of customer service representatives, and a modern ATM, and a 24-hour ATM outside. There are no bank tellers/desks like a traditional branch, but this doesn't seem to be necessary. 10/10 would go again.
