Bremer Trust in Saint Cloud, MN

Do not, DO NOT under any circumstance get a home loan through Bremer. They WILL not do a good job. Very disappointing first time home-buyer. I have my house, I make my payments, all is good through that, but they are TERRIBLE in factoring in accurate escrow rates and getting things done on time. My escrow went up 33% after the first year because it was so grossly under-assessed. Thanks Bremer Bank, I don't see you picking up that extra $300 month payment. Not to mention my "loan officer," who has an education equivelant to an eight year old, dropped the ball locking in the lowest interest rate. Not to mention she was about as personable as a wet dish-towel.
