First Alliance Credit Union in Rochester, MN

I've been a customer of this place for years. I always call in to pay my credit card. The staff is friendly and helpful. Why one star? First Alliance recently changed their policy to charge their members $10 dollars to pay their bill over the phone. They don't have a way to pay online, They do have an app that you can take pictures of your checks and " email them in" but I had to go buy checks from my bank ($17) and they won't get here until after my due date and I incur a late fee. So I'm a little bitter and felt like leaving a 1 star post. In sure I'll feel better after I post this on every social media outlet I can find. Seriously. $10 fee to pay your bill and no online way to do it.
