I am a Real Estate agent who used PrimeLending for my family's personal home purchase. The experience with PrimeLending started off great, BUT when we started making requests of PrimeLending rather than being told what to do, we were given a great deal of excuses and attitude. We had a couple of failed closing attempts. First was due to a lack of communication on the part of PrimeLending that they would not be able to honor the closing date that was moved up. The second closing failed because our lender turned in the wrong purchase price. When I addressed this with him, he laughed at me on the phone and made no apologies for his enormous mistake. Months later PrimeLending is still trying to correct wrong forms in their paperwork. I would urge anyone to shop around a bit before using PrimeLending.
