Bell Mortgage in Minneapolis, MN

We just refinanced our home with Bell Mortgage and our primary loan officer was Pete Rinzel, who apparently is a top producing loan officer in the state of Minnesota. In the interest of full disclosure, I've worked with Pete Rinzel on a professional basis years ago when I was in real estate. At any rate, the interest rate we got and our closing costs were very competitive. The entire refinance process was smooth as well. My only complaint is that there was very little follow up from Pete (or his assistant for that matter) just prior to the closing or after it. Call me old fashion, but as someone that strives to deliver outstanding customer service, I was expecting a call or at least an email from Pete or his assistant just prior to the closing and immediately after - especially since neither attended the closing.
