Wells Fargo Bank in Maple Grove, MN

Love this Wells Fargo branch in Maple Grove. Always greet you when entering bank, ready to direct you or get personal banker if need it. Coffee and water available, lines moves fast, and great hours, including Saturday hours.

Do not go to this bank. I went to make a simple deposit, when the teller looked at my account he immediately made a sarcastic remark about the frequency of my transactions. When I thought I had heard him wrong he then replied in exact words, "What, do you make 80 transactions a day?". Astounded by how rude he was I tried calling the bank directly after to talk to the supervisor. When I called I let the phone ring for 2 minutes each of the THREE times I called and no one picked up. I love Wells Fargo as a bank and have always had good experiences else where but this location has horrendous customer service.

Went in to cash out IRA and JOSH HAS NO CLUE HOW TO DO IS JOB! I called the branch in Forest Lake Mn and talked to my PB and got it done in one min over the phone while Josh left to get forms that I told him where all filed out. JOSH SHOULD NOT BE DOING FINANCIAL STUFF FOR CUSTOMERS,A STOCK BOY WOULD BE A GOOD JOB for him. LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS FOR THIS LOCATION BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME, THE BRANCH MANAGER SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED

If you want an unpleasant banking experience, Wells Fargo is there for you. This location in particular has caused me many challenges over the years and I'm talking about over the past 20+ years. I don't bank here anymore but a lot of my family does for unknown reasons. I guess some people like to take pain and suffering more than others.

Never had any issue here. I have been a customer since 2004 had a couple over drafts and went in to talk to them about it and took care of it for me. Some people just need to go about things the right way to get treated the best way. Only thing that bums me out is they took away the coin machine I have been collecting coins for my daughter for now 2 years no place to cash it in now.
