U.S. Bank ATM - Maple Grove in Maple Grove, MN

Terrible customer service at this branch. I had a problem with two of my accounts that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. When speaking with a banker she first gave me incorrect information about my accounts then told me I had to contact Corporate to get the problem fixed. Corporate said I needed to speak to the branch manager who was conveniently always in meetings or not available even after Corporate tried to reach him. Multiple trips to the branch resulted in nothing but wasted time and phone calls were constantly redirected to different departments who couldn't help. It seems the manager and his employees are more than happy to pass the buck with complete disregard to their customers financial well being. Good riddance US Bank.
