We have good but not great credit and got an FHA loan at a rate much lower (probably 0.5% lower) than I would have expected.

First Class Mortgage was great to work with. My husband and I were a little overwhelmed at the prospect of owning a home, but from the first meeting with Casey it was such a smooth process.
