An ATM allowed me to withdraw money, and then they back-dated a check to a few days earlier so that the withdrawal caused a negative balance and a fee was put onto my account. I was so upset and instead of calling the customer service line I physically went in. Bailee responded with typical "go away" customer service statements like, "I understand the frustration," but when I asked if she thought the policy to back date checks was ethical she back pedaled and said, "It's our policy." And so it is. It's a predatory practice that both Bailee and Cheryl cheerfully enforced. If you have a similar problem, don't go to the bank. Call the customer service line, where almost all representatives are going to remove the fee.

I really like the service here, but if you ever try to call expect to be waiting on the phone for 2-3mins and then it might come back as 'busy' or 'unavailable'.

Staff lacks knowledge on Western Union transactions. Repeated errors on that front and lots of wasted time. 12/17/2016 - Had to recount the cash I was handed and show the teller that she gave me $10 more than what she should have. No confidence in tellers at this bank.

Very bad customer service. Lots of lies. Came in on one issue and got 3 different answers that are all wrong!
