I've been in here 5 times over the last few years and 4 of the times EVERYONE working there seemed to be on death's door with the flu! And it's not like I could just hold my breath while waiting in the insanely long lines...

Middi, who is a banker at the Champlin Wells Fargo along with his manager named Magda, were most helpful when our checks and credit cards were stolen during our visit to Chicago. We received assistance in closing our accounts, opening new accounts, and even issuing new cards. The whole messy process was made more pleasant by their helpful and positive attitudes. Middi is amazing. He stopped me from destroying my credit and patiently explained doing what I was thinking of was a terrible idea. Sat with me and explored all options. Super professional, friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back to him for any of my banking needs.

The greeting person and the first person I see as I walk into the Wells Fargo building in Champlin by Target is always rude. Please retrain or find a more friendly and welcoming person to greet people. This person is a very important person since they establish a customers first impression of your business.
