No ATM deposits, they charge overdraft fees ($33) on Sundays and Holidays when they are not even open. Also at night if you use your check card without sufficient funding, even if you deposit via night drop or when they open at 7:00 AM. Stay far away or close your account if you have one.

Horrible customer service. They wouldn't cash a check that I had received that came back as NSF. Then they wanted to charge me $25 to cut a cashiers check if they were going to act as a collection agency. Are they're checks made of gold? It was they're customer who bounced the check. TCF & Wells Fargo both provide this service at no charge as long as there are funds in the account. I will never do business with them or accept a check from they're customers again. Stay far away from this establishment.

Never had any problems. The hours make sense, tellers are friendly and service is fast.
