TCF Bank in Burnsville, MN

Worst bank in the universe.

I just want to say that Cecilia, assistant branch manager, made my day with a little down home customer service. I had a bit of a mishap as I had an automatic payment go through the night before my check was deposited. Yes you got it I was slapped with a 37.00 fee. Now I know banks are out to make money (and are not hurting) but this would pinch my pockets much more than TCF. As a customer in good standing for nearly 20 years I asked if I could have it removed. Cecilia made it happen! This is something that made me feel I will pay it forward and help out a complete stranger. As big banks are often seen as greedy. (and some rightly so) She made me feel there is still some faith in people to do the right thing. She is very kind and an asset to TCF as a company. Now I will pass on that good will and of course continue to bank at this location. This is how it should work everywhere, make the world just a little better!
