I like richfield bloomington credit union, because of it's program and basically I wanted to bank with a credit union than a private bank.

I would give them more stars if I could. I had a wonderful experience at the Bloomington location opening a credit card, checking account and saving account. The entire process took less than 45 minutes and I left 100% satisfied with the experience and only further demonstrated to me why I am moving away from Wells Fargo and their sub-par customer service.

The RBCU franchise I love. This particular location has the worst customer service.

I give Bill Foy 5 stars! He has always had a non-pressure type personality. This is the second Honda Mary Kay and I have leased from Bill. We had a 2013 Civic LX and now this past Saturday we leased a 2016 Civic LX from Bill. I looked at other models and Bill patiently waited until I had my mind fully made up. He did add advantages of different models and the payment fluctuation. He rode with me as I test drove the Honda Civic LX and pointed out the different features it has. After returning to the Honda dealership I had my mind made up to lease the Civic because of the great ride. Then, from the filling out the paperwork to the final meeting with the Finance department I was out soon enough to make it to my scheduled golf time. Only took about an hour! Mary Kay and I thank you Bill for the great job you did by letting me make up my mind on which car I wanted. Thanks again! By the way,we have purchased Honda's from Richfield-Bloomington Honda since our first purchase in 1987, which was a Honda Si. Our 2000 Honda Civic we purchased at Richfield-Bloomington Honda in 2000 is still running great. Thanks again Bill! John and Mary Kay Murray

I really liked this bank until recently. I have a small business and get a small amount of change every week or two. I started noticing charges on my account listed as "coin fee." Apparently you have to pay to get your own money out so, I am moving my funds elsewhere. I really like all the staff but, I chose this bank because they didn't try to nickel and dime you. Update: Just left TCF, they will not be charging me for change. Just a bummer that such a long relationship had to end over a couple of dollars.
