My mom paid off an old car loan and it got put on her credit as never paid and Affinity refused to fix the problem I will never recommend this bank to no one if your a working family or a minority you automatically denied after a bs interview

Charged fees that should not have been charged, overdraft fees when there was plenty of money in the account. The people are not very friendly nor are they helpful. Their website and mobile apps are a joke. I have an excellent credit score, stable income (same employer for almost 20 years), and I've been a member of the credit union since 1995 and I still have trouble getting a loan through them. Switched to USAA and couldn't be happier.

Despite some people's lack of capability in managing simple bank accounts and loans, they don't hesitate to point the finger at Affinity Plus. I've been a member for over 5 years and love everything about the services they provide.
