Wells Fargo Bank in Apple Valley, MN

By far the Worst Wells Fargo in the state, and probably one of the most rude & conniving banking institutions I have ever been to. I cannot step into the bank without some junior manager or first year banker hounding me to setup a new savings account, sign up for a credit card, or upgrade my checking. Even though it is out of my way I now bank at the Wells Fargo off Xerxes Avenue in Bloomington. They are very friendly, and even though it is a very large bank compared to most other Wells Fargo locations, I am on a first-name basis with many of the tellers.

Horrible customer service. Tellers seem very untrained, and I left feeling like they were being less than transparent about what they were telling me. It took one teller 5 minutes of straight confusion, without bothering to ask me any questions, before I just got fed up and walked him through everything myself. Basic check cashing, by the way. Why should I trust a bank with my money, if your "middle men" can't figure out basic transactions? I'm supposed to hand over hundreds of hard earned dollars to untrained tellers? I don't think so. On top of that, while I offered patience and understanding through several bad encounters, I was met with cold indifference, and your classic "too bad" excuses. Definitely go somewhere else!!!! A better bank if you can, but at the very least, a different Wells Fargo!!

I live in AV but work in Woodbury. I will NEVER go to another Wells Fargo other than the AV one if I don't have to. The customer service at the AV Wells Fargo exceeds any other one I have ever been to. I have a business account there and I have been extremely happy with all the help I have received without any pressure. They're always there to help without attitudes!

By far the worst bank..its like walking into a car dealership. Thank goodness im only cashing checks.and too it seems like they are always switching up people .
