InTouch Credit Union in Troy, MI

Friendly helpful staff, I feel like a partner instead of a number "next" .......thank you!

This credit union has made so many mistakes with my ACH on a car loan that I had with them, it is just unbelievable the lack of knowledge about services and best operations practices displayed by its employees, it just cause me unnecessary and avoidable fees if my account was set up right from the first time. Worse of all, they do not take responsibility for their own mistake nor fixed the problem. I do not recommend this credit union to anyone. My loan is paid and I am not going back to them ever again.

I am a long time customer, from when they were EDS Credit Union. I think their loan rates are great and customer service has always been excellent. I do not like some of the more recent changes but who likes fees, I learn how to avoid them and all is good. I think they are the best for my financial needs, a lot better than my other bank. The credit card rates, for me are excellent. All I want from credit card are low rates and no frills. If I wanted the frills, there are plenty of hi rate cards to chose from. I have financed all my auto-loans from them for at least 15 years, they have always been the best.

Bad business model. Nothing like my credit union. This explains why some of their branches have had to close. If you are looking for co-op branch banking, steer clear away from this place. They do not want to help you. They also do not answer their phones, even though every time I walk in they are not busy. Go to a credit union that actually wants to help you.

I have been a part of InTouch for many years, I joined when they were the EDS Credit Union. I have always had great experiences with them have refinanced 4 cars and had personal loan. The rates are excellent as is the service. Would be nice if all of their Michigan branches were not grouped in the Pontiac Auburn Hills Troy area, a Branch in Warren would be nice as a lot of us former EDS'ers now work at the Warren Tech Center.
