1.49% interest rate on a car loan is a tactic to fish in new customers. They pull your credit report and than tell you they cant give you a loan with a 739 score & wont give you a copy of your report. I tried them 2 times SHAME ON ME ...... BEWARE

Service is always slow and they are always understaffed . Aside from that the staff is friendly but again I don't like spending 15 minutes waiting in line just trying to deposit a check into the bank

I have always been greeted with a smile. Those behind the desk have always been helpful and easy to talk to no matter what question I've had about loans or any banking issue. In short you feel as if you're a valued customer - and in this day and age very difficult to find. I for one can't imagine banking anywhere else.
