Took time off work to open an account, only one person is able to open an account for you and that person happen to be at "lunch". Piss poor first impression.

My husband and I just moved to the area and needed to open up a new bank account as our old credit union didn't have a branch near our new home and wasn't part of the co op. We walked in during our lunch period to be told they can't service us because there is only "one" person that is capable of opening a bank account and she was at lunch. We were asked to come back at a later time.. Well we came during lunch as that was the only time my husband and I both had off together. We even called zeal credit union customer service to only be transferred to the Goddard location who said they couldn't help us.. You need better customer service. This is nuts!

Phone service horrible,waited on hold for 40 minutes. Can't call the individual branches for just a simple question. They won't fix anything having to do with river's edge account. Couldn't even change a due date wanted me to open up a brand new loan with them.
