Just don't even go to this bank. Too much things wrong here to type out. Save your time AND money and go to ANY other bank

I am absolutely disgusted with this bank. I've been coming here since I was a child with my mother and of course as soon as I had my first job I had an account here. Over the past year I've been randomly sent a new debit card 3 or 4 times and a new credit card twice. The very last time just 2 months apart and I didn't really want to have to remember another new card info so I didn't activate it until a woman called me and was very rude about the whole thing. Not to mention, the new card they sent me doesn't even have my name spelled correctly and I've been here for 10 years. They've had nothing but issues ever since they switched to a new system and they never inform anybody of these problems you have to call and be told about it after you've been screwed by it. Bottom line is CAN'T WAIT to open my new bank account and be done with this garbage.

I have been issued a new card 3 times in the past year because I supposedly used my card somewhere that had been recently hit with fraud. They refuse to tell you where ehen you ask though. They called me because I have yet to activate the newest one, and proceeded to tell me that in December, I will be issued yet ANOTHER new card with the new chip technology. Wtf? So, I am expected to change all of my banking information yet again come December? No thanks. I will be switching to a real bank that has their stuff together this week. Their business hours are inconvenient, and half the time, their ATM is out of order. I can't recall the last time you could make a deposit at the machine.

I was unsure of what to expect when my friend sent me to TCCU because I have always used a traditional bank. I was greeted upon entering the building and the staff was very knowledgeable when I inquired about refinancing my car loan. I was originally just looking to do a refinance since I have my personal account and my business account at two separate banks and was not looking to open a 3rd account. After speaking with a teller and a loan specialist I will be closing my 2 traditional bank accounts and I will be moving everything, including all of my loans to TCCU. Thank you to the great staff for informing me of how I will be saving time and money !

Been coming here since about 1984. Wanted a loan for a used car that friend only wanted me to take over payments on. They said the price was $1000.00 under blue book and I could have it, just to open a savings acct for $5.00. I wasn't even working full time. Got the loan. I've been there ever since. Never a problem and their few charges are way cheaper than banks. All the neg comments, let's see how long you last at a bank with all the charges. Even banks have to send out new cards if it's associated with or has been used at a compromised company. That won't change for you either...
