Started out great, then slowed down, I did everything on my end, no following up and last in the dark at all times, figured a smaller company that's local would be on your side and focus on service.

I find it sad and pathetic that I had to call and complain numerous times to get my homeowners insurance paid. There's no communication in this company whatsoever and our money being mismanaged is both illegal and unethical

This was one of my worst experience! The manager and his staff are not proffesional. Their response is unproffesional and they are unwelling to help you !!!

If you want to waste youre time apply at mortgage center right from the beginning they tell you youre approved, then a week into it i get my home owners policy and they already have a lean on my house whithout a closing date 3 week later i pay $475 for a low ball apraisal i keep trying to get a answer and get the run around then to find out i am not appoved and my house was paid off 5 years ago they will tell you you are aproved up until the last day they lie like hell to you so if you want to waste time, money and get the run around talk to jom clemens and sonja rogan one shotty company
